My Story

Hello, and welcome to Light Harmonic Healing! My name is Isa Cuellar, and I am

a certified Reiki Master, Breathwork Facilitator, Sound Healing Practitioner and

BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing) Practitioner based out of Los Angeles County,

California. I am dedicated to helping you find peace, balance, harmony, and

healing on all levels. I also aim to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive space

for the LGBTQ+ community and allies where you can relax, heal, and transform.

I believe that we all have the power to heal ourselves and transform our lives,

and I’m here to provide the guidance, support, and tools you need to do just that.

For years, I never felt like I belonged; I felt like I never quite fit in anywhere.

Growing up, I felt insecurity about my own body, which led me to hide it beneath

oversized clothing. I felt lost and depressed. At one point, I even experienced a

panic attack that left me with really bad anxiety. As I grew older, it became

increasingly difficult to continue hiding my identity, and the fear and guilt of

being my true self caused my depression. I was fearing the judgment and

rejection that come with embracing my true self.

In 2019, I was introduced to a plant medicine called Ayahuasca. During a

transformative weekend retreat, it allowed me to connect with my emotions and

release the layers of guilt and shame that I was feeling.  After the Ayahuasca journey,

I began to process my experience and seek further spiritual guidance. I met with spiritual healers who provided unconditional support. With their assistance and their unique ability to connect with the spirit world, I found acceptance and clarity. They reassured me that there was no shame in being who I truly am, and that day, I shed tears of relief as their energy provided healing and opened my heart.

In 2022, I had a life-changing encounter with a spiritual mentor who connected me with my spirit guides, and after a beautiful session, they encouraged me to attend a sound bath, so I did. This led me to a transformative sound bath experience on my birthday. I fell in love with the sounds and felt an instant connection with sound healing and decided to study this modality. The desire to learn more healing modalities guided me to become certified in Reiki, Breathwork, and other practices. My goal is to continue learning and integrating various healing modalities into my practice, helping others find empowerment and healing on their own transformative paths.

Now, with newfound courage and self-acceptance, I embrace my authentic self and strive to live life to the fullest. My journey towards self-discovery and self-love continues, and I hope to inspire others to embrace their true identities and find their own paths to happiness and fulfillment. Having personally experienced the transformative power of Reiki, Sound Healing, Breathwork, and BQH, I have made it my mission to share these modalities with others. My passion lies in helping individuals find their true purpose, providing them with a safe and soothing space to explore their authentic selves, release emotional and physical blockages, and unlock their full potential. Whether seeking deep relaxation, emotional release, or spiritual healing, I am committed to guiding others through their own healing journeys.
